About Ramadan.qa
Dynamic Background
Our site features an exciting new, dynamic function - it changes depending on the time of day!
The background changes from bright during the daytime to dark at night; the small SUN icon changes to a MOON after dark; and the two clocks accurately display the current time and the time of Iftar for that day. During the day, the header shines brightly and the wind gently sways the hanging lanterns. When it's Iftar, the moon icon pops out and the lanterns light up!
It’s a fun way of telling you when its time to break your fast, and the kids will enjoy it too!
We’re social!
Sharing is caring:
You’ll notice sharing buttons floating on the left side of your screen (desktop) or on the bottom (mobile). That's to help you easily share our content with your friends and family!
Tents and Events:
During Ramadan, local residents love to meet up at night to socialize at the various tents and events around the city. The calendar on our site will keep you informed of what's on and where; and it will be constantly updated as we get wind of more events.
